The Four Corners of Folk
Introduction

By Tara O'Donnell

Early October, four of Cincinnati's talented Singer/Songwriters hit the road for a 14-day tour of the Northeastern United States. Dubbed "The Four Corners of Folk," the lineup was intended to showcase diversity within the genre of folk. Chris Collier, Ryan Adcock, Greg Mahan, and Ashley Peacock each bring a distinctive sound and style to this endeavor. The four developed a unique format for the show with each performer playing a 25 minute set before teaming up for a short duet with the next performer in order to provide a seamless transition. But to keep things lively on the road, the order of performers changes nightly. So far the quartet has hit Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, and New York. Ashley Peacock, Chris Collier, and Ryan Adcock have been providing some insight from the road with their tour journals.

The group returns to Cincinnati on Sunday, November 4th for a homecoming party/performance at Leo's Coffehouse.
